I moved out on the 31st Of january 2023 at Treviso Lofts I have a Credit of over a R1000 and the balance of my Deposit aswell . It is now the 20th of March 2023 over a month and i have not recieved the money that is due to me . I never missed rent and i paid an extra 500 or 1000 every month i was not an unruly tenant so what are the basis of them keeping my money . Costa is blue ticking my whatsaaps. The apartment was left in great shape walls were washed table cleaned stove cleaned . so why am i not getting my money .

I rented one of their places in Brixton I moved out last month and I was told that I will get my deposit back on the 15th of this month, since I was waiting and what's funny is that when I text the guys they just read and say nothing.. Thinking of asking the law to intervene as I just feel helpless and talking to myself all the times I'm trying to communicate with them.
