I always love Romans Pizza, it is flavour full, the only problem especially with the thick base pizzas is that the crusts is to dry and the pizza itself is to dry, i wish Romans pizza will make there pizza more greecy with a drizzle of olive oil when baking it.

Service is trash, you wait for the pizza until you loose your appetite. This has happened 2 times when I'm there. They need to train their staff to work faster and pay attention to orders coz my order was on the shelf and no one noticed and called me to pick it up, I watched it sit there for 7 minutes and eventually went with my slip and that's when they realized that oh my order has been there.

I have ordered delivery pizza at 19h15 and it's now 21h15, I still have not received my order. The service at Karenpark is very very poor and it pains me that my kids love your pizza. It's the 2nd time you gave me such a horrible service where ibuad to wait for more than 2hrs for delivery and the reasoning still remains the same, you don't have enough delivery vehicles. My suggestion would be to cancel the whole delivery issue as ua struggling to maintain it. My kids are now sleeping without eating the pizza. Next time when a delivery order is placed just give your clients options to collect as ua failing in that regard. If I collected it I wud have been back long tym ago but bcos there's an option for delivery I decided to save on time. I hope not to order at your store ever again

Waited more than an hour for my food only to be given the wrong order. Had to wait again for the pizza to be prepared and just got a hot mess. Never buying from here again!

I really don't understand the reason why there's an option of ordering on the phone when you don't get your order ready after the promised time. The stuff is so relaxed and most people are frustrated.

Value for money. And their pizza is delicious. My kids love Roman's Pizza too much. There is variety in the flavors. And that is awesome because there is something for everyone.

I used the call and collect option, only for the operator not to carefully listen to my order, I further asked him to refer back to an order I had previously made 2 weeks, he read the order back to me and I said that's the exact one that I want, in store instead of getting 2 large pizzas with thick base ,I get one with a thin base, I'm utterly disappointed, what's the point of calls being recorded if your staff won't refer back to them to avoid such mistakes.
