Very Disappointing. Place looks a million dollars but the service and food is really bad.Tikka is a no no. Curries are also bad.We had mutton bunny chow it took about 1 hour to get to us and was cold almost like a ice block of curry.sent it back and it still came back cold.Nice Vibe but terrible food experience would definitely not recommend

Oh my goodness I absolutely love that restaurant. Thomas was such a great waiter hey. I can not complain about the service because it was great hey. The indian cuisine was amazing. If you do go to kantara try the lamb bunny chow and thank me later... Amazing hey

My partner and I went there tonight for our very first time - we were very hesitant to try it out after we read a bad review but decided to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt..... We were the only table in the restaurant side, Our food took an hour to come out, our waiter was lovely and did her utmost to keep us happy amidst the long wait.I feel they really need to work on getting their food out alot faster, not only that but I also feel the white lady (manager) couldn't have been bothered to check if we were ok/ apologize to us for the extremely long wait instead she was more focused on the music area and left it to our waiter to keep on apologizing to us. After we started tooting our horns for our food being late an Indian guy (Must be another manager) offered us a drink on the house to apologize for the inconvenience.Terrible time management skills.Unprofessional manager (The lady).Nice vibey music/ Layout and decor is nice.Lovely waiter.Completely sad for a newly opened restaurant. Time is everything especially when it comes to running a restaurant....

So my 1st experience was absolutely awesome the second one was even better. 14 Feb my kids birthday has given us such a warm welcome. Food is excellent. Owner is very much involved and makes sure clients are happy. Definitely my favorite. Thanks to the staff and management for the great and welcoming hospitality. I will definitely be back .

My family and i had a beautiful experience.The place is stunning, excellent vibe. The attention to detail is spot on .The meals were perfect. Especially the prawn taco ( my new obsession) . My family loved the chicken dishes . The chicken tikka is an absolute must try .Our waiter was so attentive to us. Although they were busy our meals arrived promptly.Well done to the owners and staff. I can definitely see myself been a regular. See you soon

This place Is truly an excellent place. I loved the service from dean and the atmosphere was exceptional. Lovely food as well honestly a great place to hangout with friends and have a few drinks. The karaoke was amazing. I'll definitely be going back.

Amazing place beautiful layout well priced. Bit slow on service when busy. But worth it for the vib good music and friendly family run business always welcoming. Great for a dinner with the family or a night out with the friends.

Ate here on the 28th december 2022 at 14:35pm to 17:30pmAmount spent(R1048)In terms of my critique background I am a qualified fine dining chef with over 7 years in sa top 10 restaurants and a content partner creator with youtube and twitch currently and love trying out new places.All my reviews are also posted on the south african chef association.The reason for my 2 star review is as follows:《ATMOSPHERE》●a nice relaxing environment that would surely please alot of people in the area but just needs the service to match it.《SERVICE》●Upon it being only me and my father as the only table in the restaurant the service was really poor and I had a few issues with it:●Everyone was in the lounge area and only checked up on the table every 15 to 20 min,It seemed as all focus was only on or in the lounge area testing the music and etc with all the waiters to the point where we sat without any drinks for 30 min before they came to take another order.●starters took 49 minutes (timed on phone) to come out for mussels and calamari which ended up being overcooked.●mains took 45 min but that's understandable for the lamb shank so that's fine but the starters wait was poor especially since we were the only table.●Not sure on the position but one of the lady either a manager or relation(indian woman dressed in all black )kept on coming to the big mirror in the middle of the dining area and kept on checking if her hair is fine,pulling her pants out from the back,pushing her breast up in front if the mirror(in front of the table where we could clearly see),etc which is not acceptable in a restaurant or any restaurant(unless it's a Hooters franchise) in front of customers,these are simple restaurants ethics and none were shown.●The waiters would get shouted at in the middle of the dining area for the tables not being set correctly and the whole conversation could be heard with how loud they were shouted at(this is supposed to be done in the kitchen or behind closed doors and not in front of customers)(On top of this I would think training would be done before opening the restaurant)《STARTERS》●OYSTERS(I wanted to order these but was surprised when I was told they werent even fresh,the oysters were frozen which is a first hearing this for me,a takeout restaurant would have the logic to serve oysters fresh and not frozen to prevent poisoning of guests so I didnt order it)●MUSSELS(Mussels were overcooked,the creaminess if the sauce was grainy and the consistancy of the sauce was almost soup like,however the menu stated it comes with bread and we didnt receive any)●GRILLED CALAMARI(The calamari rings itself was a rubber texture and overcooked,the calamari heads itself was cooked perfectly but unfortunately the dish had no seasoning and was on the verge of being bland)《MAINS》●FULL CHICKEN TIKKA(Nothing more to say then absolutely delicious,no faults on the chicken)●LAMB SHANK(Shank itself was abit tough,unfortunately the jus or gravy for it was really salty and I had put alot of pepper to try and counter it with the lemon freshly squeezed from the chicken)●LAMB BRIYANI(Flavour was great,lamb was tender,just lacked seasoning and rice was overcooked and mushy)All in conclusion the service needs a huge boost,the food needs consistancy especially for the time it takes but hopefully this will all improve when I come again to see how its changed from the first visit.

I just left the place. I absolutely love it. Great place to hang out and have a few drinks. The food is to die for. The service was exceptional. Apparently they have karaoke on Thursday nights. I would love to join them . Amazing experience i had there.
