I had your team out on Friday last week to move a router, Robert and his colleague were absolutely phenomenal, excellent service and they didn't leave until everything had been tested and internet speed was good. Thank you for the amazing service, very happy with Innovative Networks!

Fibre has been generally reliable however After hour support is non existent and not offered- rather ironic considering they're in the communications business. Package prices are not justified considering this fact.Network has been down nearly 12 hours without explanation or simple sms notification updates to their client base.I will happily come back and amend my review once this VITAL aspect of business has been addressed and implemented.

very much frustrating because we can't get hold of support after 12 midday on Sat. I have no coverage at all . tv and everything depends on wifi . this service is pathetic really . now we can't work

I was very disappointed at the time that was scheduled vs the time the tech arrived. I asked that the appointment to be around 1pm, the technician arrived at 9am which was later moved to my initiative request.When the driver arrived at 13h17 he waited for 15 minutes and drove off after I confirmed I was minutes away.When I arrived, I called him, he said he had left because I was taking too long. When he made a u-turn back to the complex he complained under in his voice that he waited for ages. (Hopefully I never have to see this guy again, he has no customer service whatsoever)On that day, the installation took about an hour & 30 minutes, my fibre wasn't ready, a further appointment had to be set for the Saturday. I received a call asking me what time would be convenient for Saturday, I stated 9-10. I made sure there was someone within unit as I do not reside in it. Only to learn on Saturday morning around 10h30 that the initial technician couldn't make it, they'll send someone else around 12.Ok, at 12pm luckily the guys came through, very nicely dressed and friendly, did the installation within 10 minutes and my wifi was up. The connection is quite good, I haven't had any buffering issues. IM HAPPY WITH THE CONNECTION!

Great when it's working. No after hours support. Very limited to no support if the connection drops over weekends. (Which is a huge problem if you need to work)

Horrible service provider. Completely no support at all. Our internet has been down since Tuesday, they take time to respond when you log a queryUpdate: 20 FebWe’ve logged countless queries and they keep saying the fibre volumes are high. We even had one of your technicians come in after hours and he still could not fix it. When you call the support team they tell you that it shows that it’s working on their side. My neighbour is also experiencing the same issue. We’ve been with you guys for over 5 months and I can’t count the number of times the WiFi has been working since we moved in.A thousand rand per month for internet that takes 45 minutes to open a gmail. You have failed just shut the company down.

22 hours.22 hours offline22 hours without anyone answering calls.22 hours without getting any real responses as to what the issue is.22 hours without an ETA on when we will be back online.22 hours of messages saying We have technicians on site working on the link. Our phones are down as well."22 hours of proving you don't care about your customers."

I have been a client of BSIT for a year, and it has been a bumpy ride. Frequent network outages, instability, drops 20 times a day, and when I call support, they take hours to respond. Granted, loadshedding makes their world hard, and most outages are caused by Vumatel and not them, but the absence of support response and action is on them.
