Poor service. My couch is running about a week late and no one is giving me updates. I kept clearing my calendar to fit the delivery time I was given, only for the couch to not arrive and no proper explanation given. After waiting all of Friday and Saturday with Victor ignoring my messages, I was forced to ask for a refund. He is now ignoring that and won't give me my money back or a honest delivery date and time for the couch. Terrible experience, I'm convinced it may be a scam. Please be careful

The only two reasons I give it 4 stars is one: the entrance is not clear, you may easily drive past. Two: the showroom itself is a bit small. Besides that they have beautiful, classy, elegant furniture.

I'm so glad we didn't buy online but wanted to see the bedroom suit before we bought in person. I address is wrong and the cellphone is not being answered. I think we could have been scammed as well.

Poor service, #9315.I ordered my dining room suite on the 23rd January 2023, still not received it, no communication from their side. I send emails and try to phone without anyone coming back to me...I am going to open a fraud case against this company, my lawyers already on the case..

Furniture Connection was extremely professional in my dealings with them. Their product range is extensive and their customer service top notch. I will definitely be buying more and more furniture from them.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service received from you. I ordered dining chairs and received used chairs which are damaged, I called the number provided and emailed all the provided emails but have not received any response and the number provided is just ringing, if you can pls contact me and come and take back your chairs and give me my money back that will be appreciatedNo one called me, and as I mentioned, the email I was responding to bounced back with this error message”no such an email’ I have proof and taken screenshot of such but since I placed an order online, no one contacted me but I only received emails confirming the order and payment and was surprised when a white bakkie delivered last week without even informing me that they will deliver
