The staff is friendly but the feedback is terrible. The repair process was scheduled for 7 days but ended up taking nearly a month. Vehicle was not correctly color matched. Door doesn't close or open well still after repair.

With loadshedding, it took a bit longer to get my car back. Splendid job was done. Thank you, Premier Panelbeaters for a job well done.

Feedback on repair progress lacking a bit. Paint work done very good. Colour matching very good. Extra little things repaired which was not part of quote for free. Quite happy.

I requested a quotation for repair of hail damage to my car. I spoke to Berniece who assured me the quotation would be sent by email that day. I received nothing. A week later, I phoned their office to make sure they had my email address correctly. This time I had them read back my email address phonetically - again I received nothing.This is disappointing and more than a little inconvenient.Update - Berniece discovered this review about seven months later, She then contacted me with a quotation for the job. To be fair to her, the assessed damage was considerably greater than the insurance value of the car and she had assumed it would have been rejected.

Had my vehicle repaired there a few years ago during it's restoration , they had to respray it 4 times before the paint work was satisfactory. Now a few years down the line the car is rusting where they were working. Upon inspection it was found that they did not spray, seal or treat the panels underneath, now rusting from below. More than one place. Very disappointed as they did not charge me cheap.

I have been invoiced 32k and when collecting my car they say word of mouth" must pay storage 10k more other wise they selling car. How dofey is that? I think they look at people and if you a certain kind you'll get last of the available services."
