These people are crooks always claiming to be hijacked when delivering to the Soweto area. Please be careful giving these people your home address or personal details, your stuff will get stolen or worse.

Very poor communication during the shutdown. Tracking details has been stating “driver on the way” now for 3 days. Pathetic

Unfortunately I was advised to use them for delivery, taking 5 days to deliver a package, that was promised to be delivered in two days. their next day service according to their helpful" staff states next day actually means 3 days....... typically and overpromise under delivery company"

Very disappointed with their service, they don't follow instructions. I have wasted money for nothing. Instead am being told the system is automated, noone reads the instructions! Terrible service

Very fast delivery. Received goods from Gauteng within one working day! Was kept up to date all the time and received a phone call on morning of delivery to confirm address. Driver was very friendly and went the extra mile to carry the parcel to the spot I need it be.

Everything is done online, fast and efficient. Can't be happier. So far is my best experience in using couriers in South Africa.The prices might be slightly higher than some service providers (such as PostNet), but it is totally worth it.

This is hands down the fastest and most reliable courier company in South Africa. I ordered something around lunch time From Cape Town, and it was delivered the next day in Johannesburg before lunch time. Now that is fast service.
