The service is impeccable! Told me they would be here between 7-7.30 and were at 7am can say I have never experienced a delivery on time until these guys!

I'd give six stars to Bed Assembly Service and their staff if I could! We recently had a bed delivery that was more complex than usual—the team had the whole thing put together in record time for us.They also took care in removing our old bed and bed base, as we live in an apartment and really had no where for them to go.They were all super professional, polite, quick, and I'd happily recommend them every time. The team were also incredibly accommodating for me, as I'm currently several weeks pregnant, and not in a position to do any heavy lifting. I was very grateful for them working slightly outside of scope for some of the old bed and bed frame's removal.Honestly, I'd still be putting the bed together myself if it was left up to me. If you're looking for a group to take care of the trickier beds, Bed Assembly Service is the way to go. Absolutely worth the money for the level of service you get out of it.We'll definitely be using this group again, whether its for a new bed or moving to a new place. The stress you guys saved us was priceless.Five stars, full marks, top shelf! Thank you so much again! :)

Fantastic service, completed the work very swiftly and easy to arrange. So much better than putting together a complex flat pack bed yourself.

I highly recommend bed assembly service! From enquire through to assembly it was nothing short of amazing communication and service. When they came they all the guys where very quick and polite on the job. There is absolutely nothing I could fault them with even in the slightest.

What a service! There is a reason why these guys are the best!!Had a bed delivered by bedassemblyservice.com.au team, and foolishly thought I could assemble it myself. Called Rocky a couple of hours after the delivery asking him to fit me in their busy schedule to assemble my new bed as my old bed was already at the tip and had nothing to sleep on. Rocky went above and beyond to fit me in that day, even though they were booked out! What a champion!The quality of service, efficiency, communication and customer care they provide is unheard of in this business and simply outstanding. They called the day before delivery to confirm the time, delivered right on the dot and were very professional and efficient in both delivery and assembly. I have just had the BEST experience with Rocky and his team. We needed a Murphy bed taken down. Tricky job. The guys arrived and did the whole job, without fuss, in under an hour.
