Chem-Dry Highway

Sadly after numerous calls and conversations and reminders and WhatsApp messages neither Tanya or OrielSeems like they are uninterested in doing business with you

Chem dry came to clean two chairs and a linen sofa. all were left in the sun to dry per their advice but later that day, I realised my linen sofa had bleached /discoloured in large areas. I contacted Chem dry to come and see what had happened to my sofa and they never firstly apologised and secondly, they never arrived when they had promised to come. I messaged again and rescheduled for the following Thursday and they never showed up again and didn’t contact me since. This was a something that could have been resolved or just explained simply in person, amicably but instead has left a really bad impression. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, just an explanation as to what happened to my sofa.

We booked them and where guaranteed that they were covid compliant and they had hazmat suites that they used. So we decided to use them because we have 3 young children 14, 13 and 4 year old the 14 year old has type 1 diabetes. when they arrived they did not have hazmat suites and expected our 4 year old to have a mask on in his own house while they cleaned. Next their machine blew l and the upholstery was sopping wet they left and said they will be back 5 days time. This is not professional. We do not recommend them 11/01/2021

Sad to have to give a 1-star review - don't think I ever have in the past. Chemdry was, unfortunately, very unresponsive to me. They agreed to come and quote me, then failed to show up. They gave me no explanation of why they had not come. Not recommended.

This is a very professional company that arrives on time, explains clearly what they’re going to do and how they’re going to do it and takes real trouble about achieving results. I would certainly use them again.

Chemdry cleaned my Airbnb mattresses over a month ago and assured me of a certificate, which I am still waiting for. After so many reminders over the last month, my last message was early evening, to which I received a rather rudereply that she doesn't entertain messages after hours. I would never use her servicesagain and would not recommend her to anyone in the future.

Angels with vacuum cleaners!We had an emergency with paint spilling onto our carpet. I was falling apart!! Called Chem-Dry Highway and within minutes Amy and her lovely team came to us and managed to get the paint out!!! So super happy, I don't have to replace my carpet!!!Thank you Chem-Dry® Highway
