Very bad service from dispatch. Almost an hour got my stock and they were not even busy with only 2 clients inside the store. I dont know how ARB can not work on their customer service especially on dispatch. Doesn't matter to which ARB you go prepare yourself to deduct 1hour or more production from your day. Please sent your people for training to do the dispatch because it seems that they do not care and they are assisting you by doing you a favour.

Very Poor Service. I paid for an item upfront and was specific on what I wanted, however, the incorrect item was ordered and now Im struggling to have item changed. Its been 4 days since I reported problem to the salesman and he is giving me the run around and doesnt return my calls or sees the need to resolve his error.

The counter staff is gr8 the loading takes 1 h 24 min for loadingb10 x 545 ja panels the loading takes for ever lots of loading staff but just standing around worst experience ever we work for money at arb they wait for money they dont work

Not happy with the service, I bought items in Silverlakes then kept others and returned the other ones. I did an eft refund, it's been a week nd haven't received it and no one has called to let me know what's happening.

The series at this store is extreemly bad. Stock is a complete mess.Took something off the shelf to buy, 20min later i am told i can't buy it because it's not in stock. They should just close there trade counter.
