Service was fast and efficient, staff was very friendly. Of the four cash registers only 2 were open.

Only 2 staff at till points should like to see more cashiers so that customers could be help quicker. Looking for fleece jackets in black for ladies but no stock.

Sell good quality affordable goods. Parking is secure and available.The staff cannot be distinguished from customers. It is difficult to identify a staff member.As a result of this, shopping takes longer and not enjoyable.

Today, I had a most unfortunate experience at PEP Parys. I purchased goods and whilst at the till packing them, I took my card to pay and placed it on the counter to pay. I was then distrscted and next moment, my bank card dissapeared. I immediately blocked the card on banking app and subsequently, attempts have been made to use the card. Very upsetting and dissatisfied that this experience happened at PEP stores.
