I did a lay bye with dis ppl n after a few months when I wanted to go pay for my lay bye their store was closed down n dy never informed their customers abt the store closing down.... So now I want my money back n dy not replying to my emails or calls.... Wat a bad company wish I never did business with them.... Customer stop doing business with dis ppl dy gonna take ur money n run away......

Worst experience ever, I bought the Russel Hob vintage kettle and toaster at Vursa mall of Thembisa on the 12th of August 2022. The store did not have stock at the time, 2 days later they called me and told me that they have received the stock. I went to collect the items at the store, when i got to the store there was a guy and a lady it was almost knock off time, packing on the items was dirty and old, the lady at the store quickly changed the packaging and gave me the items and I went home. when i got home I opened the items and I found that the Kettle and toaster was used. the kettle had water drops that had dried up and it looked like somebody tried to wipe it but did not see that they did not wipe on the other side. the toaster had a dent on the side. I returned the goods to the store they lady at store took the goods and told me that she has ordered another once and that they are going to call me once the goods arrive at the store. I waited for 2 weeks without receiving a call from the store. I went to the store to check on my goods, when I got to the store it was closed and I googled the telephone for their head office and called them they told me the store has moved to Dobson Ville, when I asked why was I not informed about the relocation they told that the store forgot to notify its clients. The name of the guy that I spoke to at their head office is Swift, he promised that he will resolve the matter but he did not. I then decided to send a message to their office on the 7th of September and they did not reply, I also sent them a message on facebook messenger but they still did not reply. A day later I was contacted by Swift telling me that his managers told him about my message and that he is going to deliver the goods on the 11th of September which was a Saturday at my work place, I told him that i dont work on weekends but for the sake of my goods i will go to work, he promised to deliver the goods at 12 noon i waited until 5pm at the office but he did not deliver. he kept calling and telling me that he is coming but still he did not come but he did not deliver. I sent him a whatsapp text on the 14th of September demanding my refund since he could not deliver the good. he called and kept promising that he's got the goods but iItold him he must refund my money. He sent me a text on the 15th of Septemebr requesting my banking details which I sent to him and till today I have not received my refund and there is no communication from Vursa.I am very very disapponted in them. all they do is to lie to customers and make empty promises.

My mom made layby during this year at Dobsonville mall, they recently moved and know we can't access your head office number even emails altogether with WhatsApp. And worse of this experience my mom is a pensioner and she was looking forward to her kitchen units and we don't see that happening. Clearly her money is gone. We really did not expect such bad service. kindly fixed this issue
