Took my car for service and front anti collision sensor issues. They quickly misdiagnosed my car and claimed I had an accident without any proof. The explanation and attitude from the technician (who did not even work on the car) was very degrading. This meant I would have to pay for a car I got with 4000km on it and experiencing the same issues since being bought. I finally got the issue resolved at a different Nissan with proper sensors diagnostics. I will never ever set my foot again at that Nissan in Bloemfontein. Even though the last review was intervened by Nissan. I just want to spread awareness about them and their attitude towards people of colour and lack of proper diagnosis.That’s what I think it was about. Poor service.

You receive excellent service but don't expect to get a clean car. My last encounter, I took my car to car wash 2 days before taking my car for repair. When I get my car after repair, it was dirty. But it was washed.

The guy who receive my bakkie I don't know does he have stress or what he didn't report what I told him, I told him about my stater and throttle seal but he never reported them. But so far my service was far better even though they didn't flush my coolant on my major service.
