I had two of my K-way Jackets cleaned here and they came back in the MOST HORRIBLE WAY! THEY RUINED MY K-WAY JACKETS both of which were gifts. When I received them the goose down fibers were all clumped up in all over the various sections of both jackets ! I was so angry and very very sad as my jackets are now RUINED!!! THEY ARE FLAT IN PLACES AND CLUMPED IN OTHERS AND OF COURSE DO NOT KEEP OUT THE COLD!!! Lets just say THEY WILL NOT BE SEEING ME OR MY MONEY!!!

I am very very very angry with the service, I took a wedding dress to these people and asked for it to get steamed. They agreed because I needed it the following day, because the wedding is in two days. Just to find out that the dress was burned and they never told us anything. All they kept saying is that the dress was like this when we brought and, which is lies. Then telling us the material of the dress can't get steamed. I wish I could give these people a ZERO, so unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with anything of mine, if they are able to burn something so valuable and so expensive. Super Angry, filled with lies and unprofessionalism.

Extremely disappointed with shoe repairs.Leather sandals and Nike takkies glued / stitched, returned without polishing which is standard practice at other shoe repair outlets. Paid R300! Any respectable business would take pride in their workmanship!

Seriously, Don't waste your money here!1. My bedding came dirty and some of clothes were clearly unwashed but neatly folded for collection.2. A customer before me complained about a collection meant for Friday but it still wasn't ready on Monday, when he left the ladies working there laughed.3. They advertise a promotion of R20/kg for washing+ironing but they won't tell you minimum load until you bring your laundry and... even if you alert them to this detail they'll admit to the mistake but they won't correct it.One might get the impression that because the laundry is in a mall with a decent looking setup they're probably good but it's actually terrible find another place.

This shop is now under new management and their service is impeccable.
