Great sales service.

Terrible. Card machine does not work. Lewis Stores lost a 6K+ deal...

Delivery took forever. Still didn't get my bed. Canceling my order tomorrow

Hi everyoneI personally had a very good experience from a particular sales person at the Kuilsriver branch.Lauren Malgas went over and beyond for me to resolve a matter with a faulty product. She wasn't the innitial salesperson either but as soon as I had a complaint, she managed to sort it out.Out of pure frustration, I lost my cool a few times and for that I apologised, but she gracefully told me she understands and that she'll do what she can to sort it out... AND THEN SHE DID!!THANK YOU VERY MUCH LAUREN, YOU WERE AWESOME!!!

Very Poor service!!! You phone to speak with the manager or your sales person regarding a complaint then they keep on dropping the phone in your ear!!! Then u go into the store to complain and gets promised the moon and stars but still nothing happens!! This is the store with the most pathetic service ever!!!!

Terrible customer service i got from a lady called Jamie Cupidoo, I was there on Thursday as i wanted a Tv on contract and they told me that i do qualify for one. They then said i should take one not more than 10k but unfortunately they did not have the one I wanted in stock and they promised to get it for me from their other branch and I paid a minimum of R700 as it was part of the 10% i was supposed to pay. The next day i got a call from them telling me that i do not qualify. They told me that i should come and collect my refund from the store when i got there they told me that they don’t have money,( just like that)I am really not happy withe their service and definitely not the branch I’ll recommend!!

Absolutely horrified by the lack of customer service received by this store. I was informed I am in an arrears with R4500 but no one can tell me why. Apparently they just telling me whats on their system. But whats on their system and whats on my proof of payment is worlds apart. This has been sent to the credit manager as the store itself is unable to resolve this! I have never regretted an account as much as I regret this specific one!
