The biggest plus for me is their aftersales support - they have always helped me straight away with any queries i had or problems i have had - i have never sat in a long telephone queue waiting to be assisted - they are always ready to help.

Im looking for a software solution for my business and I have contacted Smart-it on a few occasions and have been amazed by the level of service I received. The demo software is a great idea to get used to how the software works. The training videos on YouTube are informative and well presented. I will definitely purchase in the near future.
