Thank you for good service

This is the most horrible service provider you can think of doing business with. He is rude, not concious of time and doesn't consider customers. He made us wait for two hours. Our appointment that he scheduled yesterday was for 9am today. At 9:11 i called Collen, he told me he was 10 minutes away. I then asked him at 10am how long he would take he said 45 minutes, i told him to let me know when he is on his way, he didn't. We drove out for 5 minutes to get some paint because we are renovating and the guy claimed to have come when he did not. I got back to the house and called him, after making me wait for a good 2 hours (by the way i had other important things to do), he told me he had another appointment to rush to and hang up on me. Like wow. Don't bother yourself with this guy. If you want bad service call Collen, if not find someone else. I give him a 0 actually. 1 star isn't worth it.
