Never going back to this place again. My white clothes were not cleaned properly. When I raised the issue the next time I brought laundry the lady had attitude and I was charged extra to have my whites hand washed". How on earth you charge a customer extra for a mistake you did. They didn't even bothered to apologise for the poor wash of my clothes. I don't recommend anyone take their clothes here."

Only use them occasionally when I am too lazy to iron my bedding. Can't complain about the service. As soon as I walk in they already know which is my package. I am too fussy about my washing ti just hand it over to a laundry service to do. Maybe that is why I still wear t shirts I bought in 2002 and they have not faded or lost their shape.

Not an extremely bad experience but a job well done , They are slightly off the ball when it comes to receiving your washing. Once a month use is ideal. But laundromats in S.A are over priced.

Absolutely disgusted with the service from this place!! Bleach all over my duvet cover, R200 to wash and fold which will now cost me R1000 to replace!!! Never ever will I use their services again!!!!

Worst experience ever they take so long to do the washing, so much for express.Once laundry is done it's stained and looks terrible.The service behind the counter is also shocking never seen such bad manors from an employee.
