I booked a dermapen session last week. I am so happy with the results. The owner Lizelle is so professional. Ive already booked my next appointment. I can definitely recommend Meyersdal Nail & Beauty Studio.

I booked a spray tan with them and paid R360 in full upon making the booking. I was very excited to have a nice golden glow for my holiday in Mozambique.I called 2 hours before my appointment time just to let them know that I will be running late as there was a massive accident on the highway and traffic was backed up - The lady said it was fine and she will let her boss know that I am running late. I just got out the worst part of traffic and called again to say that my GPS said I was going to arrive 30min later than I expected.I got told that I would have to wait as she will be busy with a client at that time and I explained that I won't be able to as we are leaving at 15h00. She then proceeded to tell me that they won't ve able to assist me and then I asked for a refund as I wanted to get the spray tan before going on holiday. She said they unfortunately can't pay me back and that they will keep it on store credit for when I am able to use it. I explained that I want it back since I won't be using their services and they just simply did not sympathize with my situation and did not understand that the traffic jam was not my fault and I would have been on time if it wasn't for traffic. I haf put money away for this treatment it was not just money I had laying around. They do not want to pay me back and I feel like it is not at all acceptable to treat people this way. Make sure you pay after receiving your treatments as they most certainly will keep your money when life happens and you aren't able to attend
