Collected an overseas parcel. Parcel arrived before estimated delivery date. I collected the parcel minutes before the PO were to close for the day. The lady that helped was friendly and efficient. 10 minutes in and out. * Remember to present SMS with Parcel no. and ID when collecting.

Such an unpleasant and very hostile and arrogant atmosphere. Was there 2 days in a row and saw and heard and experienced how the treat customers. If you don't like your job, or the work you need to do, quit. Don't serve people with your rotten attitude as if we as clients owe you anything. You are in public service. Drop your attitude

Renewed our motor vechicle licence disks today! And received Excellent service.Queue was long due to loadshedding waiting for lights to come back on.While waiting a Lady showed everyone where to wait(out of the sun) and they even put out chairs for everyone waiting.Once lights was back on.. queue went fast and quick!Goor Job.. well done Post Office Garsfontein!

Absolutely rude lady that worked there today (Saturday). Greeted her and she didn't acknowledge or greet me back and told me to come back to come back during the weekday to renew my car license. Since when is that a thing? (all the other post offices allow for car license renewals on a weekend). She told me to go away as if I was bothering her. Maybe if they picked up their phones when I call then I would be able to find out these things before I go there in person. Disgusting
