This dealership is worthy of all the awards it has received and most certainly deserves more. My trips from Cape Town to Hermanus to accompany my daughter to purchase her vehicle was worth every minute. I want to congratulate the team (one could see and feel the synergy between the staff) on their outstanding service.(Apologies for missing out on the fifth star - no fault of yours - loadshedding delayed the registration)My first hassle- free experience with a known-branded dealership. Kia Hermanus will definitely be my next choice.

From the first phone call I was treated with such care and respect. So much effort was done to bring the vehicle to my house in Stellenbosch 80km away for a test drive and then eventually also the vehicle I bought. The team was so helpful and I could send them a whatsapp any time I was struggling with documents or needed help with something. No cars were available in the country and they made a plan to get one to me in just 11 days. Kia Hermanus is the best at what they do!

I rarely post reviews for services or products, as I have high expectations which are seldom met. Today I am writing a review for the Kia dealership in Hermanus. Not only is the Kia I am driving now, the best car I have ever owned (I have owned many & I was a VW brand loyal client) but the overall service I received from all staff (I won't mention names as EVERYONE there worked as a team) was phenomenal. From looking for the right car for my family, to the key handover of my car, the genuine care & friendliness was a breath of fresh air. The paperwork was a smooth process and the guidance & help was fantastic. Who knew you get that kind of service anymore! I also LOVED the little details, a bouquet of flowers & a bottle of wine, not to mention a full tank of petrol! This shows you that they are not only a dealership that is there to take your money, but a family welcoming you into the Kia brand. Well done Kia Hermanus, you have a loyal customer for life!

I took car for service, asked to check something,the give me a quote ,it was double the price then a diffrent kia dealership,they put in a claim,claim under the wrong spefications,had to replace part from a diffrent dealership for half the price cheaper,the service provider is totally of no service,still waiting for feedback after 21 days,still waiting for a call to rate them,So I will rate ,0 ,Owners are lovely people FNI ,Simon are amazing,

This is like a home away from home and being part of the family when you are a customer here. You are received with open arms, offered the best coffee in town and the service is out if this world. They received various excellence awards and I am sure deserved it, they go the extra mile for their customers and visitors. In the three years I have been dealing with them it has been an absolute pleasure. From management to sales and service, everyone is well trained, knowledgeable, kind and professional. Highly recommended.

I have bought many new cars, This was the best experience ever. The service is Amazing at the Hermanus branch, I loved not been pushed dayly with my choice. i was shown the cars, escorted to the opposition next door, let me see what was to offer, They were the highest trade in Price.
