Never had a bad experience, we fo there weekly for 3 years now, only once have we waited more than 10 minutes. Food always fresh and delicious, staff are friendly, never got an order wrong

Probably not a good idea to have a Drive Thru then ask customers to go and pay inside if they dint have cash.

Don’t take the order properly!! Don’t check the slip before sending customer off at drive thru, which was also a slow process!! I’m always having bad experiences there I stay away for months and when I’m back service still not improved think I should stay away for good!!

Ordered a zinger burger which was dry, overcooked, and cold. The worst KFC burger that I’ve had my entire life. The people who work here do not care about quality of food or service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

After a maddening 20-minute wait for a mere 24 wings, we found ourselves demanding a refund. Not a shred of regret was shown; they simply handed back our money and shamelessly pointed fingers at one another. To think we would ever bolster the success of this disgraceful establishment again is laughable, especially when there are far superior outlets out there that genuinely value their customers.

If I could rate -5 Stars I would, This place is such a disgrace, chase out clients while they are still in the shop, Trading hours sais closes at 22h00 but closed at 20h00 before the closing time... Chased us like animals... Unacceptable

Ezrom the worker refused to give me ketchup and said out of stock. I parked the car and went to ask for ketchup and was given 10 sachets.
