I want to personally thank Mrs Rentzia at Victus Risk during the period my car had fixing to be done and handling all paperwork. From the second I contacted her I knew that all would be taken care of, it was a stress free process. Mrs Rentzia was kind, peaceful and so helpful, everything she did was fast, reliable, loyal and the service she promised was absolutely delivered on point and the delivery date was on time. Worst service ever!!! Make sure you got ample airtime to KEEP following up with them, especially David Botha, because he sure as hell WON'T keep you updated, unless you phone him daily to ensure he is doing his job!! And don't believe him when he says he'll get back to you, because he wont!! If you want ANY movement from Victus, you need to continuously light a fire under them for answers. Their turn around time is pathetic!!! I have been waiting for feedback and confirmations since 29 September 2022, and still today, 24 October 2022, still waiting. For the smallest issue is will take upto 3 weeks for an answer, only got an answer because I had to light ANOTHER fire!! The only thing that Victus is competent in is phoning plumbers!! That is the ONLY service that they delivered accordingly!!!
