Food is really good. Hotpots are made very well. Proper seating area. Only bad incident is the Google times don't match the store times on the door. If you outside at 10 o clock, the staff are not friendly about it. First bad experience at this branch, rude

I ordered hot pot meal (incl 1/4 chicken - breast), chicken salad and 1/4 chicken (leg), kiddies meal and 1/4 chicken (leg) - all mild. Total cost R320 via drive through. But when I got home my meal was missing a 1/4 chicken (breast).I did ask at collection if everything was there and was assures yes everything is in, but to my surprise it was not.I am very unhappy with this as it would seem I paid for 1/4 chicken that I did not get, but most importantly we could not enjoy the meal the way we wanted to according to our cravings and thus our order.

The best Nando's experience ever! Great service and they serve generous portions of the sides and extra sauce without asking. Clean and neat and the food came quickly as well.

Nando’s Midrand Mall
Pathetic! I just ordered via the uber eats app and clearly marked the no onions and no garnish option. They even printed “no onions” and “no garnish” on the slip. Yet when I opened my hot pot, my whole meal was covered in onions. Worst service ever! I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant. I am very disappointed.

Nandos food and service is always great. It's one of my favorite restaurants plus there are charging systems for laptops and phone...that is one of the things I look for in a restaurant... avoid going there on month ends because it gets packed... overall totally love it

Nando’s Midrand Mall
Well it’s one of the few places in the boulders that you can sit inside and be free from outside noise and have privacyThe staff here seem so miserable with life , I had to greet her first at the cashier .The food as always is lovely and tasty and for the first time I had a coffee and it was really good.
