Escape Room

A very exciting and intriguing experience. My small brain couldn't work out the puzzle we participated in. Make sure to get the directions to the escape room from the website or the person who invited you because the center is a bit of a maze itself and you will struggle to find the place.

We did the Disappearance escape room. It was very disappointing and a complete waste of money.We had previously done an escape room at Gr8 Escapes in Pineslopes, which was 1000 better.Half the items in the room did not work - old and outdated. The clues did not flow. We had to connect to the Game Master through walkie talkies, which hardly worked.Definitely would not go back and recommend this escape room to anyone!!! Shocking

Absolute trash! Problems booking the day before as confirmation had not been sent. Tried calling the next day to no answer. Eventually managed to secure a booking online. The place was hard to find with no good signage.The place it’s self looks run down. Felt as though I was in an abandoned doctor’s office. Games master seemed to have rushed through the story. We did the magician’s room. Poor maintenance, room falling apart. Dust everywhere, extremely disgusting. Random holes in the roof. Puzzle flow made no sense. Locks were worn out so hard to put the letters in place. The second rooms puzzle was not neat and aesthetically pleasing. The room was dark and not well lit. Games master did not give us a walk through of the incomplete puzzles we did not manage to open.Absolutely a waste of money!

We booked an experience at 11am today (and had email confirmation), but upon arrival they were closed!We called to enquire, and the lady who answered the phone was not very helpful and couldn’t provide clarity - other than “the booking doesn’t reflect on the system”.We asked the owner to call us, for an explanation and are still waiting.If I could give this business zero stars, I would.

Very unprofessional. Booked 2 rooms for 11 people online but the place was closed when we arrived. Was told by the person on the contact number that they cannot pick up our booking, which was clearly a lie as I received another automated email very shortly after the call. We ended up having to leave as no one could open for us". Would recommend anyone planning to visit to rather give a call as their online booking clearly seems to be broken"

We came to the Escape Room to have brain fun, and we did. The exercises were really challenging and forced us to think really hard. The mission can take up to an hour to complete. There are no pictures allowed once you’ve entered the exercise rooms.They allow up to 7 people as one group but I would recommend that you do the exercises in groups of 4 maximum, the rooms are quite small and may feel a bit crowded. I would also avoid this if I were claustrophobic or uncomfortable in small spaces.There is water and cool drink sold at the Escape Room counter and a big Fournos restaurant next door for some coffee after your session.

It was ok, the staff is very good, the rooms are small and the walkie talkies don't work well.

We were disappointed by the Mine-Room experience. Room is very bare and wasn't prepped correctly. Many games and clues are not properly working anymore. Game Master rushed in and gave us solutions, instead of letting us time to figure things out. Therefore we finished the room quickly. Felt like she wanted to go home early. When asking about an unused riddle after the escape she literally said I already solved this one before

I want to express my disappointment on Saturday the 28th of February for the mine Escape room we had booked.The woman arrived late, we had to call the cell number several times before getting hold on someone.Got there 15minutes before as per the website, received no communication to advise us that she was running late.Secondly, we feel that she did not take the time to set the room up correctly. When we did ask her for clues, she waffled on about things we had already done. I don't think she was watching to see what we were doing.We were basically just chucked in and it was like thanks for the money bye bye. All in all I don't feel it was worth what we paid
