Customer Contact centre is unreachable. When are you guys ever going to come right ?

Absolutely Pathetic service. We pay our rates and taxes on time, get charged for refuse removal yet do not receive service for 3 weeks in a month, continuously occurring for months now in Farrarmere. The DA councilors in our area ARE FANTASTIC. Always go out of their way to assist the residents unlike Ekurhuleni who does not give a s**t about its residents. We are dealing with huge potholes in this area, even when reported does not get fixed. I reported an electricity problem at my place on Friday, 25 November as my insurance claimed that the problem was with Ekurhuleni. I received a reference number and was told that I was on the list to be sorted out today (Saturday). Today came and went and nothing was done. Not even an update as to why it was not attended to today, and I have been without electricity since Thursday (24 Nov). Come on, Ekurhuleni, your municipality is in shambles. WHAT are you using our rates and taxes for???? Ref no: 202211250471PS. I wish there was negative rating, they don't even deserve to have a one star because this means they are doing something, when they are not!

No use trying to get service from these lot....even the spelling is different, some say Ekhuruleni and then again Ekurhuleni....which is correct
