My experience with the agency was a NIGHTMARE , the price I was told at first didn't match with the one on the invoice, sewerage, refuse and water bill increases like a dollar rate, plus they charge you for them giving you an invoice. They are the absolute worst DO NOT MOVE IN if you are planning on moving in.

How are these scammers still in business? Rating services should have a O rating option.

These guys are thieves and lure people into renting their crappy places such as Durban height, one of their property consultants Kelly Nell keeps harassing me to make payments even when the contract says termination will only be subject to a small fee. I would advise any person especially black people to NEVER use these guys services. they are horrible and rude and they do not know how to treat people. I wish Kelly gets fired!!! the place had rats and after days of complaining nothing was done after empty promises by Wilfred the property manager. I gave them notice to vacate and yet they still want rent for the next month. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. i had a better experience with City Property. These framework guys are heartless, racist, inexperienced and incompetent clowns.

The worst experience I have had with property. The agent was not even present to show us the property so the security guard had to do so. Then as if that wasn’t irritating enough they gave us an invoice for the incorrect unit which in fact ended up being the unit that they had chosen for us and not never inform us on their uninformed choice . The agents name is MARTHA or something along those lines and when it came down to us calling and asking about why the information was incorrect all we got was a cocky chuckle from MARTHA OR WHAT EVER THE HELL YOUR NAME IS. I HOPE YOU GET FIRED. Because judging from previous comments this company has done it many times before.

I am a tenant of Chrisma Court. Frameworks Properties is the lease agents for the flats. The Caretaker and her husband never disappoint a tenant in need. They help after hours and over the weekends. Thank you to Frameworks for the good team that they have active at our flats to ensure that all goes well. This includes maintenance and enquiries.

How they are still in business baffles me, pure scammers. Don’t ever come stay here, they charge you over 2K to paint from your deposit when you move out and they don’t even bother painting. Rental housing tribunal should really look into these people

I am so disappointed with the agency. I moved in one of their properties beginning of this month, i had to deal with their security guards from day 1. Not even the sales consultant came to meet with me. I had to also do the inspection myself with one of their security guards who was even clueless on what he had to do on his side. i sent back the inspection list for them to go through and they had a couple of this they had to come fix. till today nothing has been fixed or any contact from their side. Sunday they stole my things on the washing line, i reported it to the consultant and security guard. i did not get back to me with any feedback on that. yesterday i had to go ask the security guard for update and the response i got was he reported it and since they don't have cameras nothing can be done.i would definitely not recommend anyone to them

If there was zero I'd give that. Frustration doesn't begin to describe these guys. Poor service, rent goes up every month, water bill shocking, it went from R68 the first month of rental to R680 few months down, i kid you not. You'll be lured into affordable amount on their ads, just wait for the statement, it's the refuse, sewage, admin, water all charged at ridiculous amount. Maintenance useless, not to mention that the place is filthy.

Disappointing Service, tenants call the shots on when to move out, the place is filthy yet so expensive, no one from the property agents office is present when moving in as a result you are put in a flat that you never viewed. I am forced to stay in a dirty flat with black stains on the walls that has broken windows put expected to pay R4100.00 a month.
