At Heritage House St Lucia

Lovely B&B,The staff were so kind and friendly. We had everything we needed in our room.The water pressure in the showers were really good. The bathrooms were lovely and clean.The bed was very comfortable too.

It was such an amazing stay I could not expect it any better. From the time when we arrived untill we left we had amazing amazing time at heritage house hotel. It is a very fancy, contemporary and beautiful hotel which made us feel like princesses for few days. Welcoming and very very helpful staff. Thea who is the hotel manager is brilliant. I really appreciate you taking us for a meal with you, taking us for a drive to look out for hippos in the evening (finding few wandering in St Lucia streets :D). As well as going out of your way to come to make breakfast for us earlier so we can get to the Safari on time and eaten. Breakfast was so delicious, thank you so much for preparing special vegan/vegetarian meals for me. Your support and hospitality is something I will never forget.

Our first impression of the place was wonderful. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very private. The decor is wonderful and very functinal. The serve a good breakfast every morning with eggs to order, meats, yogurt and cereal. Toast and mffins are also available. The landscaping and outdoor areas are very relaxing anytime of day. There's also a pool to cool off in. We were entertained every morning with the monkeys trying to steal breakfast. There's an honesty bar and coffees and tea are complimentary. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone considering.

Thea was our host. She was great and very pleasant to talk to. She always had a smile and was very warm and friendly. Heritage tours has so many options for tours. We chose 4 tours and all 4 were a great experience. All 4 guides were very friendly and very knowledgeable. This has always been a dream of mine and Heritage tours and their staff made it unforgettable.

It was my second time here and the service is as excellent as 8 years ago which is a long period of consistency for which the staff should be absolutely proud. The organisation is executed perfectly and when we lost our car keys, the office ladies, house manager Thea and house staff all went out of their way to find and return it (which was a success thanks to them :-D). You can trust the staff here, they will do everything in their power to make your stay joyful, adventurous and relaxing. Thanks a million!

Great host! Nice people and good rooms. Definitely recommend going here if you come to St. Lucia! Also the guides were passionate about their Jobs. I recommend asking for Yam :)

Thea, our hostess, was fantastic. She organized our tours, breakfasts, and anything else we needed perfectly! Thank you, Thea! The accommodation was excellent: comfortable beds, great showers, spacious outside sitting area, great pool. We'll definitely stay here again when back in St Lucia!

We had an amazing stay at Heritage House. Our host, Thea, was most accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent and the options were endless. It really felt like we were at home. Definitely recommend this spot!
