I've been here three times to get issues sorted out on my mountain bike and every interaction has been an absolute pleasure. The people that work here really love cycling, and have this weird thing about trying to save you money! I'll be back for all my services, and when it's time for a new bike this will be the first place I look at.

One of the few Trek/Bontrager authorized distributors. Gear Change always has stock of Bontrager shoes, helmets and apparel. So if you need to try something on for the correct size, you can at this store. Service is great as well.

Always great service. Fast and efficient replacement of parts for my Suunto. Completely different experience to what I had trying to get a replacement strap for my wife's Garmin watch from their service agent.Wednesday evening beer runs are awesome!

Great people, passionate and experienced staff! They gave us an excellent service at last years Cape Epic. We hired all the services around the race (mechanics, massage...) and they did a great job and we enjoyed the race 100%.

Top notch store, Cam & his team always welcoming with a smile. Very knowledgeable and informed on their products and the gear they sell.Convenient location close to Tokai Forest, which is an absolute mountain bike paradise. Great friendly atmosphere and European store-feel.

First time and definitely not the last. Recommended by a friend and popped in for a quick bite. Loved the sweet potato bread with chicken mayo. Fantastic smoothies and tasty freshly squeezed juices. Staff here are fab and they have an adjoining Cycling and Running store Trail and Tar to do some shopping and get great advice

Booked a Test Ride on the new EXe 9.8 What an awesome experience from beginning to end! I now understand why the hype on the 2023 range of Trek E-bikes. Incredible service from Cam and Lourens, they even washed my dirty mtb I left there whilst trying out the trails on their demo. Thanks guys, I will be back one day to purchase.
