Kruin Dierekliniek Animal Clinic
Love the staff! They treated our dogs with tenderness and compassion. I took our four Dacshunds for sterilisation, they called me when they discovered that the dogs would be due for their Rabies immunisations and did that as well. I also received a call after the dogs had been through the procedure to assure us they were ok. I can reccommend them to anyone without any doubt. Unfortunately the premises are not wheelchair friendly....I however feel that they make up for this with excellent service.

These vets do wonderful supportive work for local charities. The premises are clean & well appointed with an isolation area, a large hospital area & a store front with a variety of high quality pet foods & some pet accessories. Two office cats" are available for judgement or emotional support as needed. ;)My only concern was that some of the vets I spoke to were rather blunt/terse when responding to concerns/questions. I fully understand that it is a high stress/fast paced job & didn't take it personally. I do feel this could dissuade more timid clients from asking questions about the care & recovery of the animals in their care

I took my little companion yorkie Layla to the Kruin Dierekliniek to be fixed and also undergo surgery for a hernia which she developed. All the staff from the receptionist, nurse and cleaners to the vet herself were friendly, super helpful and so supportive as I was really anxious about my little yorkie having to be anesthetized for rhe surgery etc. Layla received the best care possible and was pampered with care and affection. Thank you to a lovely team of animal lovers. I highly recommend Kruin Dierekliniek for that special animal in you life.

Just had the worst experience at this vet this morning...unprofessional doctor and rude...Took my dog in to have here nails clipped. After the second nail I requested her to stop it...as my dog was screaming from the pain...the she told me that she will slap my dog if it is going to bite her.I then just took my dog and walked out.She even said my dog is vat and will die soon..Like really....never experience a worst service like that before...Will not recommend you take your pets to them at all.

Was amazed at the service I received from the new Vet. She was friendly and very caring of my pet rabbit. She phoned to check up on her. I recommend them for all who want a vet who is loving, caring and friendly.

PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT VETWorst experience of my life. Went there to get my cat checked over because she wasn't feeling well with a bit of dehydration problems. They tell me after looking her over for not even 2 minutes that she needs to be put down. They pressured me into doing this and was extremely rude. I trusted them and unfortunately went through with it after they said she was in pain over and over. I regret doing it. Please seek kinder more professional help elsewhere
