I had to have 4 table legs cut (Purchased elsewhere). Tried Timber Ciry at DecoPark, they refused. Tried Builders on Malibongwe. After much searching to find someone who could help, I was advised the “machine was broken.” Took a chance and went to TimBuild where I met Quintin, who was extremely helpful. Cut the legs for me in 1 min. Thanks guys. Much appreciated!

I do not generally give good reviews because, like most paying customers, I expect good service. I usually get that from TimBuild, so I keep going back when I need a bit of wood cut. But today, Quinton went the extra mile to help me fix my problem for a sale of only R40. That is unexpectedly good service - thank you.
