When installing our small and tricky bathroom window some of the surrounding tiles broke. We were very impressed that Simon from Glasfit voluntarily followed up with us several times and offered a discount on our invoice towards fixing the breakage. Great window, and good service!

Bad bad service. Chipped the paint of my car when they fitted a new windscreen. Then when the panelbeater fixed it after they had to take out the window AGAIN they did not fit all the trimmings back like it was. They messed black glue on my body work. Dont understand this, if thats the only thing you do, why cant it be done in the right way from the start. And dont think they will call back!

Absolutely fantastic service! The cutter insisted (correctly) that my measurements were wrong. He came to my house , and installed the new window - free of charge!

Initially I was very happy with the service. Installing a glass infront of the house. later I wanted to tint the windows on the house. We paid the money up front and were told that the service would be completed next week Wednesday. They were busy at the moment. The days pass by with no feedback from glasfit. Later it was found that they did not even have the stock. We told them on the day of payment that we need it done urgently. It took a week before I have up and asked for my money back and got and better deal for a different company. DM me if you want to know about this company Who tinted our windows. I will also leave a review for them. Chantal the person in charge of the tint had no idea about service delivery and feedback to customers. Passing the buck to anyone but taking responsibility.

The Ladies at the front desk were very helpfull. They had my order wrong but fixed it with no trouble at all. Would recommend more seating be made available as whe had to stand the whole time.

My experience with this company wasn't good.I was referred from my insurance to replace my windscreen .In the beginning after the work was done I was happy.But the moment I start gaining speed there was a wind blowing on the side.I did went back to them but no luck and still battling with the windscreen.The rubber keep on popping out.Wil never use them again

Wanted glass for a new door. Not prepared to cut it from a template with measurements provided by the door manufacturer. Had to ask a friend to take the door there as I only have a saloon car.Noticed after door was installed that glass moved and had gaps in the frame. On the positive side, they came out to my house same day to fix. Well done & thank you for that, it saved you from a 1 rating.

Very professional and friendly service. Even attention to a very small order. Well equipped and efficient service. Management is hands on and always ready to help and advise. Very wide range of glass products catered for. Both domestic and industrial as well as for vehicles.

The workmanship is great. The do the full job incl. claiming from your insurance (if applicable). It is a slowing process but generally there is no rush, so makes no difference. I recommend them to everyone.
