Yandys Looks Beauty Lounge
I tried to make an appointment using Booksy at 10h30 on Saturday. My appointment was for 9am the next day. Yandy and her team had the whole of Saturday to see my booking confirm or decline it or call me to make another booking. Instead my booking was declined at 3am on Sunday. Leaving me no choice to then find another hair salon on Sunday. For this I will never use or recommend Yandys to anyone. They are clearly unprofessional and unreliable.
