HUAWEI Authorized Experience Store Canal Walk
Most pathetic service. Lethargic store staff that somehow finds it amusing to tell you they have a two week lead time for a battery replacent that was telephonically promised to be done in store while you wait.Staff sitting on their own phones as you walk in, pushing clients off to colleges as they don't want to work themselves.Best of all, upon first glance of the computer screen (no typing) I was told they don't have stock. Only after I insisted they check again did a battery for my appear... Note: I confirmed everything telephonically before coming to store.
