Convenient if you have time to wait for your order and everything goes right. I placed an order 4 days ago. They started shopping 2 hours after I placed my order and almost everything was out of stock. I asked that the entire order be cancelled and money refunded as I needed to go now to the shop anyway. I have phoned the support line 3 times and contacted the shopper because they charged me for the 2 items that was found, the delivery charge and the driver tip, even though I didn't receive anything. Really terrible customer support. Call center employees are rude and unhelpful. Will probably have to spend more time on the phone with them today. Rather use another delivery service if you can.

Everything is always out of stock then I paid R85 in delivery fees to have one box of porridge delivered. Never again

If I could give no stars I wouldI placed an order 28.04.23 at 10amThe shoppers didn't even attempt to shop my request, common items such as water was apparently out of stock. Nevertheless he then handed the 2 items he did manage to buy to the wrong drivers After countless following up I still have not received my items or a refund. Sibusiso told me he concurred yet he did not stick to his agreement to call me back with a solution. I was given incorrect email address. A scam I definitely think

Terrible. I placed an order this morning that was supposed to be delivered by 2-3pm and then got moved to 3-4pm. It is currently 6pm and I still have not received my order. I have emailed, phone and whatsapped but still no help. Not sure if this is a scam or what.

The experience was not a good one.. you shop and when order is places it is out of stock, they do not give you an option to select alternatives once order has been shopped. They credit money to your wallet only to deduct from it if you try and withdraw. I AM DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE AND THE WAY THE APP IS DESIGNED.

Deliveries are always on time. This latest order though (5 March) we only received 6 out of 15 items, all 'basics' and all with a note that the shopper could choose a suitable replacement if the ordered item was out of stock. I can't believe items like eggs, mayo, bread, mince are all out of stock so no replacements could be found? So, this time I was quite disappointed. This was a gift for my boyfriend and his kids. I live far far away.

PATHETIC ... system does not work!!! took my money 4 times, only one order and then at the 11th hour after an entire day I get a mail stating that every item, all 11 that I ordered is out of stock .. clearly too late for someone to do their job .. I will never use this platform again incompetent useless comply ... pathetic service .. I irks me that in order to post this I have to select 1 star .. you don't even deserve that 1 star ......

Multiple orders allowed to go through with large amount of money paid -High value products said to be out of stock only AFTER PURCHASE and thus not delivered. I was not phoned or informed or asked how I would like to handle the situation.Products were simply not delivered and a single email sent to say money has been placed in the wallet function.OneCart has no clue what is or is not available at the various retail outlets is services and do NOT contact you directly to make alternate arrangements.Extremely disappointing and subpar service.
