This place is absolutely ridiculous with rules. Management is extremely unreasonable and they act like it's an maximum security prison. They fine and clamp their own residents for parking at the Lifestyle center when visitors parking is FULL. The list of complaints go on and on. If I knew this from the start I would've reconsidered buying here.

Property Manager Merchelle van Dyk is beyond INCOMPETENT and part of the problem!There's a group of very common adults who sit and drink at the pool every weekend from morning to night. Their two little boys bully other kids and by evening time the parents get in physical altercations with other residents and with guests. Very low calibre of Residents infiltrating the place.

Beautiful complex. Walking trails, tennis court, lifestyle centre, restaurant, tons of parking, pet friendly. Requires a code to enter. Feels like a holiday!

Really nice and neat. Can be peaceful im sure just don't live in the apartment blocks right by the main road. Cars race from one robot to another robot. No matter the time of night. Usually very late at night..... Can't sleep. Residents should report it to the traffic authorities. I was visiting my son. I don't live there.

Very frustrating as no boards are available to show the blocks and numbers of the units. Very confusing spent 10 mins trying to find a unit.:

I don't personally stay here, my sister does,but on visiting her a few times, I fell inlove with De Velde. Peaceful, calm, safe environment... I would let my children walk to the Lifestyle centre alone.
