They waterproofed the flat roof and did a shoddy job causing water damage inside the house. A few months later there are cracks all over in the waterproofing that are letting water in. The men doing the work were extremely arrogant. I won’t even use them to fix up their original work

Abrogate came to fix my rising damp 2 years ago and no problems since. Their work stood the test of time. 5 stars!

I used Abrogate a few years back to waterproof my house, yet still had waterproofing issues, I had them out again around 3 times over years as I kept stating it is not correct and I am getting water damage in my house, they insisted it was not the waterproofing, I then spent a lot of money re-plastering walls, repainting etc to try find any other cause, but, am now at the stage that there is evidence to prove the waterproofing is the issue (Water under the waterproofing), they came out, confirmed/agreed there is an issue with the waterproofing they did (Finally admitted it) but said I need to wait for them to have other jobs before they can come out to fix my problems!...Its been a month with no contact and I see my warranty has expired. Extremely unprofessional, I do not recommend using them. I am now paying someone else to do what I paid them for in the first place (and the new company confirmed the waterproofing was not done correctly - took 1 min for them to confirm).
