Poor service they say same day delivery it's not true

Do not go and buy from this shop. They take customers for granted. They sold me wooden sheets instead of a wardrobe. But I am coming for a refund tomorrow or I will involve the Umbadsman.

Pathetic service received. And employees are unprofessional.

After sale service is poor.. They promise same delivery but delivers after days without even calling you to explain... The manager in this store does not how to treat customers.

Worst worst service ever struggling with these people very very poor service. It's the last time they Wil see me. Will never buy from them again

Good day,This is specifically for the complaints department before I take this matter to the RETAIL OMBUDSMAN.My older sister bought a stove on the 26th of June from Lewis in Rustenburg. The Carpenter then realized when he was doing carpentry for then Kitchen unit in our home that the stove was too small. He was looking for 9cm however we had bought 6cm. I need to reiterate that we had never used the stove, it was still in the box and everything was still as it was when it was delivered. We went back to the store and they indicated that they cannot do a switch as they do not have a 9cm stove. It was then agreed that because the stove was still new and it was never used we can still return it for a refund. The stove was returned more than FOUR WEEKS back but we are struggling to get a refund even today. The manager is sending us from pillar to post without a clear feedback. She's always waiting for someone to authorize whose on leave OR she would say the money would reflect on account before the end of the week and it never happens.This is very disappointing for such a big store and its unfair that after we've been loyal customers for so many years this is how we get treated.This is absolutely unfair customer practice and we have been intolerant for too long.If the store does not respond within 24hours with the money as per the agreement, I will be taking this to the retail OMBUNDMAN.Regards,Tebogo Mogapi
