Zero communication recieved the whole week my wife was hospitalized after leaving numerous messages at his reception

Helpful and professional staff, well positioned place, quick service, enough parking space

I was left flabbergasted by my experience with Dr Kock. He made me feel like I didn't know my own body, like I couldn't possibly fathom the basics of medicine and worst of all, he left me feeling gaslighted. He flat-out refused to believe anything I said and in doing so missed vital information which could have explained the situation I was in. He made me out to be an irresponsible person who contracted Covid-19 and went about my daily lifestyle and in doing so could have potentially infecting another individual due to my wreckless behavior. It has been months since I last saw him and I still struggle with the exact same problem I went to see him about and it is even worse. I honestly understand why people say that some doctors treat the symptoms and not the patient. I truly hope that other people have a better experience in the future.

Great doctor, friendly and caring personnel.

Not the best, far from it. When you explain you have migraines since as a child you get told its because you have an addiction to pain meds.. Made the mistake of going there again only to be told I might have Covid. Suprise suprise I knew better and lab results were negative.But hey, at least they are quick to check if an account is paid up before the visit. Funny thing is Discovery has always paid without fail. WOuld not recommend Jan Kock
