They are very unskilled criminals.I went there to get more ram and they charged me double (they gave me 2 1 gigs and stole my 2 gig. They put a hard drive from a laptop into my PC. They then charged me more so they could fix their mistake.This.. place... SUCKS.I recommend going to PC MAX in Berea instead, I don't know why I didn't find them earlier.

I ordered some gaming ram during level 5 lockdown, no one had anything in stock but Bits and Bytes managed to get me my ram during this time in less than 3 days. Excellent service and prompt response I would highly recommend
