Absolutely appalling service. Don't expect to be attended to within the first 30min. Impossible, even with 3 people in a queue. Also, don't expect hand sanitizer at the door, empty almost always. Took my lawnmower in to be repaired, after fetch it and running it for an hour it stopped working. Poor workmanship, inconvenience to have to go back. The brand is good by this service center is terrible. Enough to make me want to move to another brand of power tools.

I personally think it's one of the worst places I've been to. Firstly one waits an average of 25 + minutes in the queue as the guys that work the counter are so slow and then to arrive at home with 4 out of 6 parts that I bought for my weed eater and generator are wrong and that, after I showed them pictures and gave them the model numbers. I'm really disgusted by the poor service and lack of leadership from management at the centre. I will definitely never go there again and would not suggest that service centre to anybody.

I am highly concerned and upset about what is happening to my generator. It went for service recently and there was a debate the first time however we got it back. Now I am highly livid that it is barely 3 months later and my generator has once again stopped running!I use to be a big fan of this brand but as of late I am second guessing myself. I am not happy as it is a constant struggle and forever spending unnecessary money on this

Pathetic service and Bad quality goods, industrial grinder cords are of poor quality. Been to the repair centre 12 times this past year for grinder issues. One grinder was repaired by them, couple months later the same grinder sent back in and is told the bearings, the armiture and the bush housings are damagedGrinder was under a year old and was qouted 1.2k to repair and the grinder is 1.1k new.Will never purchase this brand any longer

HiI would like to know how you can expect me to pay for repairs on a product that only worked 4 times. Your documentation is contradicting itself too. On the quote you want to replace a spark plug. Seriously, the weed eater worked 4 times, Spark Plugs are not a consumable, they last a long time. In a vehicle up to 15000 km. A perished fuel pipe? Then it should be replaced under warrantee as how do you perish a fuel pipe in one year? Fuel filter? Like with vehicles, a fuel filter will last up to 15000 kilometres. This unit by the way does not have a fuel filter. A cushion and fuel tank? Please explain how a fuel tank needs to be replaced annually. What is the cushion? Your diagnoses on the bottom of the same document states that a cushion is missing, pipes are perish, and the filter is blocked. Please let me know how you can justify doing this to your customers? I can not accept to pay R 322.05 for a unit that is still under warrantee and brand new. Do you intend on charging every customer for your faulty products? Do I go to the consumer protection act for assistance? Please advise me as soon as possible.

Great products, always have an excellent customer experience. I only buy Ryobi exactly for this reason. On more than one occasion Ryobi has gone way beyond my expectations to resolve an issue.I find the negative reviews confusing, surely if you’re not happy with your experience you IMMEDIATELY escalate to management than venting on social media? Perhaps sign of the times.

Sending my generator in for repairs has been a very disappointing experience. I will never buy a Ryobi product again because of the shoddy lack of communication by yourselves. The staff in the repairs section are sarcastic and argumentative, if they spent as much time repairing the equipment as they do arguing and whinging about how busy they are, they would get through the work a lot faster than they actually do. Very unprofessional as the face of Ryobi repairs. I am in the market to purchase another generator but I will buy another brand for sure.
