They didn't have a tape measure and made no effort to assist, either. I managed to get one from the mall's customer desk. A clothing store with no tape measure!

The staff where very helpful. Donna has been incorporated into Foshini now so you need to find your size again. But that is ok, cause once you find your size you can shop off the shelf. I was pleasantly surprised to find a large variety of panties from Shapewear, full briefs, bikini, g- string, thongs etc. The biggest size is 3xl. But they are big. I was looking for 4xl but since Playtex closed I haven't been shopping till now. So dont let 3xl think they wont fit. Take them off the hanger to see. I found the Shapewear was the best fit for me for tummy control. I bought 3 different styles as you cant try panties on not even over your clothes here. Milady's let's you try on panties but the cut is smaller. So 3xl did fit in 2 other styles but in one the leg was very wide for those looking for bigger leg area and the other was too big . I could take that in a 2xl. But they all did fit.

What wonderful staff. One of the ladies helped me select some work clothes. I had to return it the next day as Foshini changed their sizes and all my clothes was to big.
