I have truly had the worst experience with this photographer who took full payment and asked for extra payment for an extra hour of photography at the wedding venue and did not provide the photos on time. Thereafter the albums were not done because she stated she used the money to fix her burst pipes. We had to threaten to take legal action and then she provided a low quality photobook. Watch out for unprofessional people out there!
