This small checkers always stocks everything I need and more. Well stocked and is great if you need gluten free options too. Fresh fruit and veg is great quality.

It's one of the few checkers I know with fresh products! I trust their fruit, veg, meat and baked goods. Have never needed to return anything! Plus, they have a convenient coffee station!

My first and last visit to Gillitts Checkers! I was served" at till 8 and greeted with the word "plastic" ... I didn't get a "thank you" or any personal interaction whatsoever. There were 4 female employees talking to each other. I was totally ignored until I complained to them. Disappointing service to say the leastI! Management

Definitely feels like a flagship store, clean, spacious, and well stocked. Friendly staff and never a long wait in queues. It's always a pleasure shopping there.

The store is nicely located and accessible. I like the trading times that are convenient for many people. However, many many many times the prices on the shelves are different at the till. Please make sure you check that the price you pay is the price you saw, especially on deals/specials.

It has things for most needs very little to complain about. Although most fees in the smaller stores have gone up significantly ever since covid. I think the rent is far to much. But a good mall. With alot of potential to grow into something much bigger if the owners focus on it. Alot of small issues, but security is good and I have personally never had any issues there in the past 8 years. No major complaints what so ever from my side of things. Hope this helps anyone who sees this.

You will find what you need here, however parking is a problem and the meat section has been smelling really rancid as of late. Hesitant to buy meat here. Cashiers can be a bit more friendly.

This is a very well layed out Checkers and the different items are displayed and easy accessible, friendly staff always ready to be of service and lot's of parking which makes shopping a joy.

I've only recently started going here regularly, just never thought of it and was so used to going to the Hillcrest branch. This one is convenient as it's easy access on and off the freeway. I find the store layout a bit confusing but will get used to it. It doesn't seem to flow like other stores.
