I always enjoy staying at grand hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I always have fun whether going to movies being invited for supper, boat, wine tasting trips.

love it cozy friendly staff food is amazing with the variety champagne on entry every afternoon was picked up from the airport and the chauffeur was absolutely friendly and gave amazing info on where to go and things to do housekeeping was on point always smiling and ready to help

Lovely stay. Staff all helpful and friendly! They are busy building on at moment so not much of a view! Lots of restaurants to choose from.

Small boutique hotel on the grandwest casino property. Very friendly staff, great rooms, reasonably priced. Great place to stay. 24 hour room service, airport transfers etc.

This hotel cares nothing for the elderly and/or people with special needs. It is not disability friendly or teenage friendly. If this is what a 5 star hotel is in Africa I hope the rating goes up to 20 as the service is SHOCKING!!

The rooms were clean and didn’t lack any of the amenities. Good choice of channels on tv for different nationalities. Did notice on their room service menu the Asian cup noodles going for R110. The retail price at the supermarket ranges from 25 to 35 rand. It’s a bit cheeky to price it 300% more in my opinion. It’s not like they had to work in any labour to make it. Since you boil the water yourself.Other than that, the breakfast in the morning was delicious! Had an omelette that was super tasty which is a must have!

Service is excellent , staff very polite and management extremely accommodating. I am lactose intolerant and they went out of their way to get me the lactose free yoghurt and milk. Super impressed.

Elite experience. Great professional service. The buzz of a casino at the doorstep of a room with more comfort than you could ever possibly need,,,except maybe a 10mbps free internet connection in the room would have made it perfect. Non the less the best accommodation in town. :)
