Decimal service,unattended for over 30 minutes,unprofessional is what i expirienced when i was instore.they do have great products however it was overshadowed by the lack of service from the store attendance.i wont be going back there again

Poor service. Staff arrogant and think they are doing you a favour. I regret why I bought from Home choice. I hate it with a passion. I am so unhappy I could die. To make matters worse. I bought my staff cash and not on credit. They deserve Zero

Costumer service agent at your CapeTown branch they are not helpful at all , during cancel of my order placed in error I had to stress , nearly cancelled my account .no one is interested in helping resolve your query ,but say you like to place an order they're quick to help ....they more fucused on making sale . costumer service deserve even Zero ....
