Well..There should not even be a star to rate the service and product which I purchased At Pedros Stanger Yesterday. The Chicken meal was covered with Feathers and it was discovered half way into the meal. Upon contacting the outlet the Manager / Supervisor on duty Sabelo stated he is sorry there is nothing that can be done. I also requested a manager to contact me regarding my experience but there was no contact.

Just look at the decline in the reviews and no sympathy from the ower. The replies are but just a 'push to the side' with no resolve.I have been in contact now on multiple ocassions regarding a problem with an online ordering problem. I have sent multiple emails. Filled out the online complaint form and spoke to 3 ladies at head office. No one has come back to me since Thursday 30th after being told they are aware of the problems and someone will contact me to rectify it.The website ordering system is broken and the customer service, in this economy, needs some serious attention.I placed an order online for collection at Cosmo Mall. Due to their systems having a problem it was redirected to Pan Africa Mall? This is extremely far. I tried to call the branch to advise and cancel the order. Their lines were down and have been down for sometime with a pre-recorded message.Problem here is even after all this time not one person called to find out why my order was not collected?I still went and ordered from Cosmo but this is terrible service. I bought 4 full chickens that day between them. What happened to those 2 chickens then? The Pan Africa store should be investigated in that regard.The only thing going for Pedros is that the food is pretty good, but this is customer care at it's poorest. I deserve that promised refund or replacement as I did everything possible to contact Pedro's to inform them of what had transpired and for just a bit of assistance as a supporting client.

Your customer service is non existent as I emailed you twice since Friday and still have received no feedback on my complaint. For such a big and growing brand one would expect a more pro active approach in dealing with complaints. Truly appalled and doesn't instill any faith in your brand or approach!!!!

Wayne will be reason for Pedros Woodview closing down. As per the manager we need to get permission to call him. Tried calling him twice he refused to answer....just after putting the call down on the manager. They messed up my order and Wayne's brilliant solution is ...wait for it...offer the customer a salad. So much for customer service. Please give him the award for 2024 already....Viva Pedros

Placed an online order for delivery and paid online. Did not receive order, manager said they would contact head office so I can get a refund. Still have not received refund. Order placed 25th August, today is the 9 September. Contacted head office and provided my details. Still have not heard anything back from them. Would not recommend!

Placed n oder for wings at Pedro's Chatsworth. The chicken wings had maggots. Contacted the branch immediately after seeing this 25/10/22. The mananger failed to attend to the matter in time. Had to cook my own food. But I fearfor my life as I had eaten 2 wings already. Trew away the whole thing. Who knows where those flies were. The place does not follow proper food safety guidelines.

WORST FOOD EXPERIENCE EVER! Bought a meal for three people from the Zevenwacht branch through ubereats and the BURGER HAD A FULLY GROWN FLY embedded deep in the roll. Pedros is delaying taking accountability or rectifying the issue and has even gone as far as to blaming the delivery driver when it's clear to see that's not the case. The quality of the meal was not up to standard either AND was of course not consumed so a waste of money as well as the tip given to the driver. When we contacted the store the first time, we were told the superior would get back to us and WE HAD TO GIVE THEM A CALL BACK INSTEAD. I am still waiting for an appropriate response from the branch which further adds insult to injury. Needless to say, we will not be supporting them any longer. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING!

I ordered a family meal with an side of greek salad from pedros woodview via Mr D. I was charged for a greek salad but was sent a garden salad with only 1 salad dressing. I selected extra basting but received barely no basting.No communication with regards to why a garden salad was sent instead of a greek salad. So pedros not only are careless about quality of food but are also thief's.Disgusting pedros woodview,phoenix!!!!!!

Pedros in chatsworth and in shallcross has thee worsed service, i have no clue how they recieved awards because when you go to shallcross stand in queues for about 20 to 30 min and you order they say 40 minutes only to make a customer wait 1 hour 30 minutes for an order, the chatsworth branch, has no orgnisational skills, 1 cashier with 3 lines to do pick up order and walk in orders if franchises as such cannot not handle the pressure they need to close their stores, further more spoke to a manager who refused to give me their name at chatsworth pedros, she said she is sorting out a massive queue from the other side of the counter there were people waiting for their orders from 14.30 in the evening still didnt receive paid orders at 6pm its ridiculous. Absolutely madness major lack of operational management training in these franchises. Customer service is non existent in both stores.
