Service takes way too long for a place that’s not full. They use cheese slices and not real cheese. I’m at wimpy not a downtown deli. Not impressed. Not wimpy standard

Did not enjoy the cuppachino at this wimpy, the milk they use has a lousy taste and the portions are not a fair amount of food, it's like they are penny pinching, years ago it was so good that u could not get a seat, I often go to wimps, but not the one at Balfourpark.

I would give it a zero if I could. A pathetic lady called Phati/Phatsi not sure how it's spelt. Is one of the rudest and most abnoxious people I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. She has no people skills at all and completely incompetent at her job. She's slow on her feet, keeps customers waiting pretending like she didn't see them and has a very insolent and petulant way of talking to customers. She should be assigned toilet duties since her manners are down the toilet, not dealing with people. Disgusted

Service is really really bad..it's not tht busy but you will wait more than 40 minutes or more just for your drink...thts if you remind them otherwise, you will be forgotten.I stood up and left last time I was there because I was neglected.

A nice intimate setup. This Wimpy is a good quick stop for having breakfast with a friend or meeting a client. It never gets congested.

Slow service my chicken was dry don't think will go back there that's my second time being there but still disappointed.Not the Manager to come and double check about my complain.Anyway will never come back again

One of my favorite places to go too. The staff are always very friendly and ready to welcome you. Our favorite food is the Bar One waffle with Ice Cream. If you are ever at Balfour or in the area please give them a try. Also if you work from home and have no power it is a great place to go to and work. I normally take my portable wifi with me and sit there and work if I have no power and obviously then order. There food is not bad and there service is excellent
