Bodytec Newlands is Awesome.They have a fantastic, motivated and well trained team and friendly environment.I had lower back and knee challengers and ever since I started with Bodytec, this has improved.I would highly recommend you give it a try!

I’m honestly a bit disappointed that I can’t add a sixth star..There isn’t a Bodytec that’s operating close to the standard that these guys are working at.Thank you for accommodating me for that week and allowing me to experience how your gym is run. I look forward to staying in touch.I doubt there’s a commercial gym in the city that’s got this quality.Management, staff, communication, exercise prescription..It’s impossible to go wrong in that environment.Respect

Been training weekly with Bodytec Newlands since 2016! Prior to that I was training 5 days a week at the gym. Great location and such a fantastic team at this branch. Looking forward to getting my pre-baby body back sooooon!

Troy & his team are magic people; superb trainers, paying lot's of attention to detail. As a 73 year-old, they all help me to stay motivated and well toned. It's been a wonderful 9-year, 420plus session, on-going experience. The pic shows Thea with me at a business Xmas luncheon, 2022. She introduced me to the Newlands crew and is still a member as well.
