First of all I gave all the details and it has been a WEEK with no reply from you people so don't you dare say we tried to help you when i gave you all my specs on the system. WHEN YOU have not replied back to the email more than a week, if you call helping by selling me these batteries KNOWING about the load shedding stages and KNOWING i need a external source to charge, THEN WHY DID YOU SELL THIS TO ME ????? Please explain?????I sent all my info to you people about my system so if you can not find it that not my problem, And it not a win win because you sold me the wrong thing for my setup when knowing well the load shedding will not work for these batteries so why did you sell me the wrong thing in the first place ? I asked for GEL Bats and you said you didn't have and said that these are better than the GEL which clearly they are not if they lasted 3 months.....

First of all they are not willing to help you out and quickly point fingers to load shedding breaking the batteries, NOT even finding out what my systems specs are or anything of the sort, when i notified them about my battery getting warm while charging and losing charge, they immediately blamed the load shedding when they were aware of this disparate times of this load shedding they said, we recommend these batteries they are stonger. They didn't last 3 months on stage 4-2 mostly stage 2 here, mean while my lead acid Batteries lasted 4 years in stage 6 conditions perfectly fine, so i say do not go to this company for your energy needs as they are not willing to help out even when the batteries are under the warranty. Very disappointed.... So please Beware of this scam corporation............
